Very bad experience. Was very cold . They don’t heat the rooms . The room was clean , but I don’t know if pillow and mattress cover was changed ( because was black hair on and some dirt . Is very noisy as well , because they have very old timber windows . The windows are not closing properly .

I'm here for business. And when I saw the price was £68 I was a bit nervous that it was going to be a little run down but I was surprised on how clean it was. The staff are amazing.

The owner was very polite and helpful. However, when I arrived, The Reception Area was in the process of being built and I thought I was walking into a building site! The room was cold, as the heater wasn't working very well and the adjoining rooms were very noisy with lots of door slamming and people talking at a high level until the early hours! Sadly, I got very little sleep.

Fantastic clean hotel and lovely stuff ,, I asked extra towels and housekeepers gave me with friendly conversation. Safe parking and no noise outside . It is located in Epping high road very unique place as like American style . Loved it!!!

First off its not called this anymore.
We were greeted by a lovely member of staff who made us feel very welcome.
Terrible parking spaces, difficult to get in. The outside space is quite chaotic, what with the garage on the corner sharing part of the parking.
The room was clean. The bedding very clean and soft. Also good pillows.
The bathroom very clean but smelt slightly like drains but shut the door it's fine.
Rooms are in need of decoration. That carpet 🤣
The mattress was too soft, I woke up with an aching back. I say I woke up, I don't think I slept much due to the mattress and cars that came and went till the early hours.
The takeaway that is part of the business was very tasty and brought to our room. With great prices.
The ice cream place was closed due to refurbishment. I feel like the business has just been taken over by new people and I wish them the best of luck.
Good prices just shame about the mattress

Stayed here for 2 nights on bank holiday weekend and I don’t have any faults, the motel is clean, quiet and comfortable beds! The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Rahman! Would definitely stay again.

could write all day about this place the staff are top shelf! extremely accommodating. Indian food on premises is unreal. and the rooms are spotless! can’t go wrong.

Great place, still being finalised (scent of the last coat of paint still lingering as proof of renovation!) and will be an even more excellent option when complete. Great staff. Great base cs, well done. Will stay again. Would recommend.

Stayed here numerous times always had a ready good experience, staff are polite and hospitable. The room is always clean and tidy and I would definitely stay again !
